RKartwork is owned and operated by artist Rachel Kozlowski. Rachel graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree with distinction in Fine Arts in 2011.  She started RKartwork shortly afterwards and is currently residing in Utah.

Her work is inspired by her time spent outdoors. Primarily focusing on animals as the subject matter, she creates artwork that celebrates their natural adaptions and the habitats that they thrive in. Her anthropomorphic approach to these animal portraits is a way for her to infuse a bit of whit and whimsy while fostering an appreciation for nature.

She likes to express this appreciation over various mediums including, ceramics, textiles, and pen and watercolor on paper along with creating various home goods with her designs.
